Accelerated Direct-Entry Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Program
Our Accelerated Direct-Entry Master of Science in Nursing program is a five-semester pathway designed for individuals with a non-nursing bachelor’s degree who want to enter the nursing profession.
The UC College of Nursing Accelerated Direct-Entry MSN prepares graduates to deliver safe, high-quality patient care and to lead improvements in healthcare through collaboration, evidence-based practice and outcome evaluation. Graduates also are prepared to continue their education and become a nurse practitioner.
As part of the UC Academic Health Center, our students access a wide variety of clinical opportunities in placements that provide hands-on experience at premier clinical sites, including one of the nation’s top pediatric hospitals and the region’s only Level I Trauma Center and Level IV maternity hospital.
Through immersive simulations, expert instruction and unique real-world clinical experiences, our students graduate ready to lead, care and make a lasting impact in the nursing profession.
